New Year & Dripping Spring Show Dates

HAPPY SNOW DAY! All horses are fine! On these wintery days I like to remind all horse lovers that our horses are well cared for. I encourage everyone to research the information about how horses manage inclement weather. It's really interesting how their coats and increased body temperature can make theses days bearable. We have put out triple the amount of hay and have put it in the lower pasture under the trees where it is a great shelter. The ability to forage and increase calories is part of the plan. Barn Updates on Construction & Holiday

Dear barn families, GOOD MORNING! THIS IS AN ARENA SCHEDULE UPDATE. With the amount of moisture in the weather this morning the crew is going to go home for the weekend. Being on the metal roof is unsafe today. This brings us to a new plan for the next few days. Starting this morning any owners or leasees that have horses at the barn may come out and do activities that are safe with the change in the scenery to your horse. Barn Closure Information and Upcoming Information

Dear barn families, Construction update. We are currently on schedule for the barn to close on November 16th with lessons resuming on November 23rd. During this closed time, the main construction of the 100 X 200 ft cover will take place. This will be a large scale effort and we must ask that everyone respect the need to not have any activity at the barn.
